Refund & Return Policy

Refunds and returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order only if the product has a manufacturing defect.

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with its original packaging and tags.

Returns are not accepted for changing your mind, choosing the wrong size, or after the 14-day return period has ended.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 14 days and send clear photos or a video showing the defect.

After reviewing the request, we will arrange a replacement or refund when the manufacturing defect is confirmed.
